Finally, an illustration on which he shows off his wings, which whenever he summons, he can charge and pass through larger amounts of electricity, and grealy increases his limit, allowing for a bigger destructive potential, however, as it couldn't come off without a price, when using his wings, the more charge he accumulates the harder it becomes for him to control his power.

Also, I finally decided on a name, which I really hope is not too generic-sounding. But definitivelly I wanted to go along the electricity motif. He also goes by "Ampére" :3

On the technical I gotta admit I had to fix the proportions, and struggled a bit with this pose, and also for shding using multiple light sources, specially the wings. But overall wound up well.
